We recommend staying in the Vail Village! Everything will be in walking distance and more convenient. Plus there are many lodging options available.
THE ARRABELLE AT VAIL SQUARE
This Alpine-themed upscale hotel in the Vail Square shopping and entertainment area is a 2-minute walk from the Eagle Bahn Gondola.
All rooms have European decor, fireplaces, flat-screen TVs, Bose stereo/clocks, iPads with free Wi-Fi, desks and minifridges. Marble bathrooms have bathrobes & high-end amenities. Executive rooms and suites offer pull-out sofas and some have mountain views. Luxury condos come with 1 to 5 bedrooms and full kitchens.
There's a lobby bar with a deck, tavern-style restaurant (room service available), spa with 11 treatment rooms, fitness center, rooftop pool and hot tubs, plus ski rentals and free ski storage.

A mile from Interstate 70, this luxe, alpine-style hotel in the Rocky Mountains is a 4-minute walk from the Eagle Bahn Gondola and a 5-minute walk from Lionshead Village.

Will there be transportation from the wedding to the reception?
Yes! We've got you covered. You will be taking the Eagle Bond gondola up to the ceremony and back down the mountain for the cocktail hour and reception. You can find your gondola tickets in your welcome bag!
What is the dress code?

Are children invited?
While we love kids, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration!
Can I bring a plus-one?
Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask guests to keep phones and cameras tucked away until after. Thank you!
